Three teams composed of 29 personnel from the 525th Engineering Construction Battalion conducted Collapse Structure Search and Rescue Operation at the heavily damaged Chuzon Supermarket caused by the 5.7 magnitude earthquake located at the municipality of Porac, Province of Pampangga on April 23, 2019.

After breaching the 4th floor going to 3rd floor, the 525ECB personnel find out a live trapped victim at the 3rd floor identified as Grace Melchor 31 years old from Paniqui Tarlac who is an employee in the said supermarket. She was immediately extricated and was given medical attention.
