It was the first ground-breaking ceremony conducted in the Province of North Cotabato.

Meanwhile, despite the pandemic that our country is still experiencing, the Provincial Task Force ELCAC resumed its pending schedule of “Serbisyo Caravan” in Barangay New Cebu subsequently after the ceremonial Ground Breaking of “Farm-to-Market Road” of the said barangay.

Barangay New Cebu was known as one of the Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas in the municipality but with the collaboration and coordination of the different line agencies from the regional, provincial level, army units and MLGU-Pres Roxas, to include other Civilian Society Organizations, the Serbisyo Caravan successfully delivered its services to the people of the said barangay.

Josephine Cabrido-Leysa, CESO III, Regional Director, DILG Region XII; Brigadier General Potenciano C Camba PA, Conmander, 1002BDE; Lieutenant Colonel Jose C Regonay Jr, Commanding Officer, 72IB; Police Major Carisma, Rep of PD Henry Villar; Provincial Heads of various Government Agencies; Barangay Captains and Officials of the two barangays; and officers and troops of 1002BDE and 72IB.

“Our Government is sincere in its commitment to totally end the insurgency by bringing the Government closer to the people. You are very much fortunate for this project will serve as an early Christmas Gift in your barangays and in the Municipality of Pres Roxas.
