CAMP EVANGELISTA, Cagayan de Oro City – In line with the celebration of the Civil Service Commission’s 119th Anniversary with the theme: “Civil Service at 119: Upholding Integrity and Building a High-trust Society”, the 4th Infantry “Diamond” Division recognized its Civilian Human Resource Personnel at the 4ID Headquarters during its Monday Flag raising ceremony, September 23, 2019.
Three (3) Civilian employees namely Ms Severina Jacalan and Ms Susan Visitacion of the Camp Evangelista Station Hospital (CESH), and Ms Trinidad Neri of the office of the Division Adjutant were accorded with a Gold Loyalty Pin Award for rendering 30 years of dedicated service to 4ID while two (2) CHR Personnel, Ms Russel Jabagat of OG4 and Mr Geraldo Tumanda of CESH, were given a Plaque of Appreciation for their outstanding dedication, competence and performance to duty as administrative aide 4 in their respective offices.
The awarding ceremony was headed by the Assistant Division Commander of 4ID, BGen Oliver Vesliño together with the Diamond Troopers and Civilian Employees of this Command.
The message by MGen Franco Nemesio Gacal, Commander 4th ID, which was delivered by BGen Vesliño said, “To our awardees, may the pin and plaque you have received testify your commendable service for the 4th Infantry (Diamond) Division. We hereby recognize all of you today as exemplary servants through your outstanding contributions to the Philippine Army and Nation-building. As you all reach this milestone in your careers and set your sight on future goals, take a moment to reflect upon your past accomplishments and take pride in knowing that you are an important member of the Team Diamond. In behalf of the Diamond Troopers, congratulations for the well-deserved recognition and thank you so much for your unwavering service!”
