The PNP will provide extra support to our Army troops and will complement all its operations in the aspect of legal matters and the conduct of intensified and strong security checkpoints. My visit now is mainly getting to know the field commanders of the Army units in Caraga and identify what specific support we can give.”

Meanwhile, Col Maurito L Licudine, Commander of the 402nd Brigade said “the visit is very important for us so that we will be able to know the guidance of the new Regional Director as part of sustaining our interoperability and supporting mechanism between the Army and PNP to address the insurgency and criminality problem in Caraga as the PBGEN Esquivel has a wide range of experience in combatting terrorism.”

“Hearing the guidance and wisdom of the new RD, PRO13 will significantly shape the upcoming operations between the Army and PNP in Caraga. Together, the 402 Brigade and PRO13 shall make the CTG and lawless elements irrelevant and inconsequential to achieve lasting peace and security in Caraga”, Col Licudine added.
