3rd Infantry Division Medical Personnel Cited as Best Frontliner

CAMP PERALTA, Jamindan Capiz –The Medical personnel of Camp Peralta Station was recognized by the Philippine Army as one of the Best Civilian Human Resource Frontliners in a virtual awarding ceremony on Tuesday, September 22, 2020.

Ms Maritez J Escrupulo, Medical Technologist 1 and currently assigned at Camp Peralta Station Hospital, was named as Best Civilian Human Resource Frontliner of 3rd Infantry (Spearhead) Division. Escrupulo, together with the nineteen other awardees from other Army divisions, received a Command Plaque and a cash incentive.

The Philippine Army conducted a simultaneous Awarding Ceremony of the Best Civilian Human Resource Medical Frontliners of the Army General Hospital (AGH), Headquarters and Headquarters Support Group (HHSG), which was streamed via Video Teleconference with Lieutenant General Cirilito Sobejana, the Army Chief, as the activity’s keynote speaker.

The said activity was in line with the 120th Anniversary Celebration of the Philippine Civil Service, with this year’s theme “Philippine Civil [email protected] 120: Public Sector in the age of Digital Transformation” The ceremony also highlighted the celebration of the achievement and contributions of the men and women in government who uphold the country’s societal goals and over-all vision.

Other awardees serving the Philippine Army all over the country were Ms Romelyn E Caceres; Dr Cristian Louie A Perez; Mr Benito C Anipan; Ms Editha M Miranda; Ms Shelee Senlimbay P Laban; Ms Cherry Ann B Galvez; Ms Marites A Reyes; Ms Rose Ann D Parado; Mr Anthony C Tendero; Dr Arsenio D Rodolfo Jr; Dr Katrina Luzzel S Balao; Ms Matia Rosario O Cayetano; Mr Danilo C Pamonag; Mr Jamssen A Magday; Mr Everando T Alvarado; Mr Ronald G Mendoza; Ms Louella T Gaba; Mr Jimpet John L Fortich, and Ms Patricia Bianca B Lagustan.

Major General Eric Vinoya, the 3ID Commander, said, the awarding ceremony will serve as an inspiration and motivation to all Civilian Human Resource serving in the Philippine Army to perform their best in serving the public amidst the pandemic we are facing today.

“As we congratulate our medical staff for the award and recognition she had received, we likewise encourage all 3ID Human Resource personnel to continue doing their best to fulfill the public servant’s pledge to serve the Philippines and its people,” said MGen Vinoya.
